99% alumina inert ceramic balls, are ultra-high performance structural ceramic spheres made with high-purity corundum as almost the only crystalline phase and sintered at an ultra-high temperature of 1700℃-1800 ℃. 99% alumina inert ceramic ball is the top-tier product in the inert ceramic ball system.
99% alumina inert ceramic balls have a single crystal phase, pure grain boundaries, extremely low porosity, and a highly dense structure. Their chemical stability reaches the limit level of ceramic materials, do not undergo volume instability caused by phase transformation, and they can maintain long-term structural stability under extreme operating conditions.
